Our main screen printing presses can tackle straightforward designs in especially high quantities and quick turnaround times. When intricacy is the objective, we rely on our 18-head machine to churn out the most challenging, elaborate designs. Alongside our screen printing capacity, you can minimize transportation time and save on total cost by taking advantage of additional services such as label sewing and retail barcoding. The more often a product has to move between facilities, the wider the doors open up to chaos.

What Is Your Typical Lead Time?
Upon receipt of our 5 order essentials, lead time for a single style order can range from three to ten business days.
Lead time is significantly influenced by the complexity of your order (ig: number of styles, placements, units). Reach out if you have a hard deadline, and we’ll come up with a plan to complete your project in the most efficient way possible.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Depends. Our minimum order quantity for screenprinting is 100 units. On the other hand, we offer DTG/DTF printing at any quantity.
Additionally, we offer pre-production sampling services for screenprinted designs at a set rate:
$40/placement per unit + the cost to setup screens
If production goes to us, the initial screen setup cost you paid for during sampling counts toward full production orders placed within 1 month.
Each placement = 1 setup
Each color = 1 screen
